  A time of exchange to better understand the influence of cycles on our energy, emotions and inner balance.

  Intention ritual

  Through intuitive writing and a symbolic drawing, we’ll invite you to clarify your desires, put down what you wish to leave behind and welcome what you wish to see grow in your life.

  – Creation of a ritual incense

  A sensory and creative workshop around plants, resins and scents, to compose your own sacred blend to use at home during your moments of centering.

  – Guided relaxation

  The evening concludes with a guided deep relaxation, to integrate the energies of the ritual and leave feeling soothed, aligned and recharged.

  This experience is first and foremost an invitation to slow down, feel and reconnect with what’s essential, in the unique and inspiring setting of the château.
